The Roads Directorate has funds available for the Provision of Maintenance and Refurbishment of the Research and Industry Development Centre, Ref No. RD/MR-003/2025/2026.
1. Eligibility
Local contractors in Category C or D, registered with Building Design Services of the Ministry of Public Works, are invited to submit bids for this project.
2. Site Visit and Pre-Tender Briefing
A non-compulsory site visit and pre-tender briefing will be held on Friday, 3rd September 2025 (corrected from 2nd August 2025).

Time: 10:00 hrs
3. Tender Requirements
- Sealed envelopes clearly labelled as per Instructions to Tenderers
- Tender Security of M5,000.00 in the form of a Bank Guarantee
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Trader’s License, certified at source
- Completed bid documents:
- 1 original
- 3 copies
- 1 soft copy (on memory stick)
- All documents must be clearly marked “original” or “copy”
- Envelope must be sealed and marked:
“Provision of Maintenance and Refurbishment of Research and Industry Development Centre Ref No. RD/MR-003/2025/2026”
