THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FOOD SECURITY
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security invites tenders from eligible bidders (manufacturers or accredited Blenders or dealers) for the supply of fertilizer, Seeds and Pesticides for 2020/2021 financial Year.
Tender Issuance and Submission
Tender is issued on the 25 February 2020, and closes on the 7 April 2020 at 12:30 afternoon.
Tender documents are available at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (Procurement Unit) at non-refundable fee of M3000.00 (three thousand Maluti) from Tuesday 25 February, 2020 until Tuesday 31 March 2020. Tender document is payable in cash at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Head Quarters Accounts Office 80 Constitution Roads, Maseru. Receipt issued by Accounts office, must be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Procurement Unit for collection of the Tender Document.
Tenders must be in sealed envelopes, bearing no identification of the bidder and clearly marked PROVISION OF FERTILIZER, SEEDS AND PESTICIDES (REF 2020/2021) and must be deposited into a tender box situated at the Ministry of Agriculture Administration Building Ground floor, or posted to the following address:

The closing date for submission of the above-mentioned tender is on Tuesday 7st April 2020 at 12:30hrs while opening will be on the same day at 14.00hrs in the presence of tenderers or their representatives.
CLARIFICATIONS
All requests for clarifications on this tender must be addressed in writing to the Procurement Unit, Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, Head Quarters, 80 Constitution Roads, Maseru not later than 12:30 afternoon, 31 March 2020.
