INVITATION TO TENDER NO. 2 OF 2025/2026
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning invites registered companies to submit bids for the provision of Facilities and Property Management Services for the following government buildings:

- Africa House
- Post Office Building
- Moposo House
- Lesotho Bank Flats
- Quthing Building
- Victoria Hotel Complex
- Mechanical Workshops – Maseru and Districts (former PVPS)
- Maseru Private Hospital
- Government Records Centre
Tender Document Collection
Tender documents are obtainable from:

Time: 09:00 to 15:00 (working days)
Fee: M2,000.00 (non-refundable)
How to obtain the document:
- Pay at Room 2010 (Finance Accounts).
- Present the official receipt at the Procurement Unit, Room 2004, to receive the tender document.
Note: A copy of this receipt must be included in your submission—tenders without it will be disqualified.

Submission Requirements
- Copy of the official receipt from Finance Accounts
- Company Profile
- One original and five (5) copies of the bid
- Three (3) reference letters confirming similar past services
- Include VAT in your pricing (if applicable)
- Certified copies of valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Trader’s License (certified at source)
Bid Submission
Deadline: 22 July 2025, by 12:00 noon
Location: Tender Box, 3rd Floor, Finance House, Government Complex
Tenders must be clearly marked:
“Tender for Provision of Facilities and Properties Management for Ministry of Finance and Development Planning”
Opening: Same day at 14:30, 3rd Floor, Ministry of Finance Tender Board Room
Validity: All bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
