REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR REVIEW AND DESIGN OF THE ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
Established by the 1986 Treaty between Lesotho and South Africa, the Lesotho Highlands Water Commission (LHWC) is responsible and accountable for the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP), advises both Governments, and has oversight, approval, advisory and monitoring functions in respect of all activities of the LHWP.
The Lesotho Highlands Water Commission (LHWC) invites qualified consultancy fi rms or individuals with proven expertise in organisational design to submit proposals. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to engage a consultant to conduct a comprehensive review and redesign of the Secretariat’s organisational structure.
