AMENDMENT TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS
The National Drug Service Organization (NDSO) wishes to inform all interested Bidders that were invited to the above cited tender that Section VIII of the bidding documents for the Provision of Cleaning Services, Price Schedule has been amended to include the Standard Form of the Quotation with clear requirements/area to focus on that should be filled by the Bidders. Bidders are also notified that the Purchaser will provide the Contracted Bidder with all cleaning consumables such as Soap, Disinfectant, Air fresheners, Toilet Tissue, Polish etc during the tenure of the Contract.
The Purchaser further included Sub-Clause 14.3 under Clause 14 (Currencies of Bid and Payment) of the Instructions to Bidders.
Subsequently, the Purchaser decided to extent the closing date for submission of bids from Thursday, 16th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021. The extension has been done to provide interested Bidders with time to prepare for the additional requirements that were unforeseen at the time of floating.
Accordingly, Invitation for Bids and Section III G, Bid Data Sheet are amended as below. Information given hereunder supersedes any information given before:
It is expected that Bidders shall be notified about the outcome of the tender on or before [ 30th October, 2021].
15.1 The Bids Must remain valid for [Ninety (90) Days].
15.1 The Bids Validity shall commence from [30th September, 2021 which is the deadline until 30th December, 2021]
19.2(c) & 23.1 The date and the time of the Bids Opening is [14HRS 30 MINUTES ON THE 30th SEPTEMBER, 2021]
