Provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services for LNDC Mohlomi Flats, Maseru West
The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) invites sealed tenders from locally registered and qualified service providers for the provision of cleaning and gardening services at Mohlomi Flats, Maseru West.
Objective:
To provide cleaning and gardening services at Mohlomi Flats, Maseru West.
Tender Document Access:
Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the tender document by paying a non-refundable fee of M1,500.00 at the Finance Office, LNDC Development House, Block A, Level 6.
Submission Details:
Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located on the 1st floor of LNDC Development House, Block A, Reception Area.
Compulsory Pre-Bid Briefing:
- Date: Tuesday, 20th May 2025
- Time: 15:00 hrs
- Venue: Mohlomi Flats, Maseru West (opposite RCJ Express Delivery Services)
Deadline for Submission:
- Date: Wednesday, 4th June 2025
- Time: 10:00 am
Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. The tender box will be opened publicly immediately thereafter.
Required Documents:
All bids must be accompanied by:
- Valid trader’s license
- Valid tax clearance
- Proof of authorized signatory

- LNDC reserves the right to cancel the tender or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
- LNDC is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
