Provision of Catering Services at Scott Hospital

Registered catering companies in Lesotho are invited to submit their quotations for the provision of catering services at Scott Hospital for a term contract service of two years effective 1st June 2025. Preference will be given to companies that have done hospital catering before, or a number of 30 to 80 patients per day.

Caterers’ Quotation Should Include the Following Information:

1. References:
   • One should be from your bank.
   • Second should be from your current employer.
   • Third one should be for other catering services and should not be older than six months.
2. Menu Specifications:
   • Quotations and costings for normal diets per patient per day.
   • Special diets per patient per day.
   • Private patients per patient per day.
3. List of Services Offered by Your Company:
   • Transport availability.
   • Procurement and supplier’s reliability.
   • Catering equipment list.
   • List of utensils.
4. Company Registration should be up to date.
5. VAT Compliance Registration Certificate should be up to date.

Please submit your company profile and quotations on or before the 11th May 2025. Only shortlisted companies will be contacted for interviews.
