Provision of Boarding, Lodging and Conference Facilities

The Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences (DCEO) has received financing from the Government of Lesotho and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under Framework Agreements for the Provision of Boarding, Lodging and Conference Facilities.
The Directorate now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders clearly marked:
“Bid for Provision of Boarding, Lodging and Conference Facilities.”
Procurement Method
Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 2023 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Act.
Scope of Services
The services to be provided include the following:
• Standard single rooms (Bed only and Bed & Breakfast)
• Standard double/twin rooms (Bed only and Bed & Breakfast)
• Executive rooms where applicable (Bed only and Bed & Breakfast)
• Self-contained accommodation (where applicable)
• Long-stay accommodation (where applicable)
• Breakfast
• Morning tea
• Lunch
• Afternoon tea
• Dinner
• 500ml still water
• Conference hall
• Public address system
• Projector and screen
Access to Bidding Documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the DCEO Procurement Unit during office hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL 1,000.00 (One Thousand Maloti Only).
Payment shall be made in cash at the DCEO Finance Office.
Submission of Bids
Bids must be delivered to the address indicated below on or before:
16th June 2026 at 10:00 AM
Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders or their designated representatives who may choose to attend on:
16th June 2026 at 10:10 AM
