CENTRE FOR ACCOUNTING STUDIES
The Lesotho Communications Authority invites local service providers to bid for the opportunity to provide and install network equipment at the Centre for Accounting Studies (CAS) campus in Maseru.
1. There will be a mandatory site visit on Thursday, the 20 June 2019 at CAS campus. Potential bidders are therefore required to assemble at CAS campus: 46 Bowker Road, Old Europa, Maseru at 08:45 hours for a pre-bid/clarification meeting and site visit with representatives of CAS. Potential bidders are advised to organise their own transport.
2. The sealed bid envelopes marked “ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF NETWORK EQUIPMENT FOR A WI-FI PILOT PROJECT FOR INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING – CAS” must be submitted on or before the 4 July, 2019 at 12:00 Hours at LCA Offices on the address given below. Late submissions will not be accepted and incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
3. Opening of bid documents will be on the 4 July 2019 at 14:00 hours at LCA premises. Interested bidders are invited for the bid opening at 14:00 hours. Only one representative from a bidder may attend.
4. A detailed RFP is available for collection at LCA reception at 30 Princess Margaret Road, Old Europa and/or can be accessed from the Authority’s website https://www.lca.org.ls
