INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
Boliba Savings and Credit (BSC) invites Proposals from suitably qualified External Audit Companies for Provision of External Audit Services to BSC.
The detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) indicating all requirements and terms of reference for the assignment should be collected from the Finance Office from the 19th April 2024. Submission of proposal should be on or before 26th April 2024 at 16:00 pm. Proposal received later than the above-mentioned deadline will not be accepted. All Bidders are advised to note that they are expected to be in compliance with their registrations and tax obligations by attaching the following: Copies of valid Tax Clearance Certificates, and Practising Certificate. Failure to comply with these requirements together with packaging and labeling requirements and other requirements stated in the RFP shall lead to disqualification.
All requests for clarifications should be directed to the Acting Finance Manager at this email address: [email protected] on or before 26th April 2024 at 16h00.
Sealed Bids, bearing no identification of the Bidder, clearly marked Proposal of External Audit Services, should be submitted in the Tender box at the BSC Head Office Reception, Koporasi.
