Request for Proposals for Provision of Insurance Broker Services for the Road Fund Secretariat
Suitably qualified registered companies are invited to submit Request for Proposals (RFPs) for provision of Insurance Broker Services to the Road Fund Secretariat for a period of one (1) year renewable based on performance.
Scope of Work:
The Secretariat’s portfolio includes the following categories which will be awarded to one Broker therefore submission should cover all categories.
Categories:
- Motor
- Fire (Electronic system)
- Office Contents
- Electronic Equipment
- Business All Risk- Laptops only
- Business All Risk – Projector and Camera
- Workman’s Compensation
- Stated Benefits (PA)
Requirements:
- Bidders must be locally registered companies;
- Bidders must submit valid company Tax Clearance and valid Trader’s License or business ID;
- Must be registered with the Central Bank of Lesotho;
- Must submit CV’s of at least three (3) key staff members;
- A company must have five or more years of experience within the brokerage business;
- Companies must submit a list of clients served.
Deadline for submission of RFPs:
- Submissions must be deposited in the tender box, placed at Road Fund offices, 1st Floor, Former DRR Building, Industrial Area, Maseru no later than 12:00 hours, on Monday 28th August 2023;
- Tenders will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours;
- Tenders will be opened in the Road Fund Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives who elect to attend.
