TENDER NOTICE
TENDER REF. NO: MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND LAW NO.3 OF 2024/2025
Tenders are invited from legally registered and suitably qualified Consultants for Proposal of Development of Environmental and Social Management Plan (feasibility study) to the Ministry of Justice and Law.
Tender documents will be obtained from Procurement Office MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND LAW HEADQUARTERS, OPPOSITE LTDC, NEXT TO OLD PARLIAMENT, during office hours at a non-refundable fee of two thousand five hundred Maloti only (M2500.00) from Wednesday 04th March 2024, with the Bid Security of M 30 000.00.
The Deadline for submission of tenders is 12th April 2024, at 10:00 hrs and documents shall be deposited in Tender box at Ministry of Justice and Law. The opening of tenders shall be the same day at 12:00 mid-day at the Ministry‘s boardroom in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
Site visit shall be as follows:
Maseru Central Correctional Institution 13th March 2024 (Wednesday 09:00hrs)
Mafeteng Correctional Institution 15th March 2024 (Friday 10:30hrs)
Mohale’s Hoek Correctional Institution 15th March 2024 (Friday 12:30hrs)
Thaba Tseka Correctional Institution 19th March 2024 (Tuesday 11:00hrs)
Leribe Correctional Institution 21st March 2024 (Thursday 10:30hrs)
For Security reasons, only one person will be allowed per company. Sealed Tenders should be clearly marked, DEVELOPMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT PLAN. All prices shall include 15% vat. LATE TENDERS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
