Centre for Accounting Studies (CAS) is a leading accounting training institution in Lesotho, which is presently moving into a business school. CAS is looking for an energetic, committed and passionate Projects Manager to lead the Projects Office.

Purpose of the Job;
To provide the strategic direction and operational leadership needed to successfully help CAS to transition from the only accountancy training institution to a business school of excellence. Whilst discharging the above mentioned primary responsibility, the Projects Manager will be expected to establish, run and manage CAS projects to enhance 3rd income stream to ensure that CAS achieves the financial stability required; To lead CAS Business School Project and see it through to completion and set objectives and strategies for Projects and IT Department.

Qualifications, Experience and Desirable Attributes:
-Masters’ Degree in either Business Administration/Business Studies/ Commerce/Business Leadership/Business Entrepreneurship or similar business management studies, with minimum
5 years working experience in institutions of higher learning, which includes, among others, curriculum and programme development.
-Additional qualification in Project Management (e.g. Project Management Professional), or ICT, or Corporate Communication, backed up by at least 5 years working experience, is an added advantage. -Confident negotiator and ability to “close a deal”. -Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and client management skills.
-Proactive self-starter who enjoys a challenge, innovative, solution oriented, flexible, thus prepared to work beyond working hours.

CAS offers competitive market related remuneration.
