EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE
• Tertiary Degree or Certificate in Project Management
• 2 years’ experience in the Project Management Field
• 1 year experience in Mining would be advantageous
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop relevant project management office templates
• Lead the planning for implementation of Information Management System
• Participate in the planning of the SMD Project Management methodology
• Take the responsibility to print and store a hard copy as well as save a copy on Database of files and reports and serve as the Info- Hub for auditors and other individuals
• Partake in the planning and reviewing project
• Contribute in creating Scope Statement document for the Information Management System
• Participate in the development of a charter for the PMO office
• Partake in creating source folder with templates (general, office and company related)
• Contribute in generating monthly/ quarterly reports
• Identify, propose and communicate continuous improvement initiatives
• Review Document Version Control Systems monthly
• Review documents in PMO folder for Version control numbering
