About the Project
MSKC Joint Venture are the Professional Service Consultants for the design and construction supervision of the Polihali Transfer Tunnel under the Lesotho Highlands Water Project – Phase II.
The works extend from Katse Reservoir, through the Transfer and Delivery Tunnels, to the Ash River Outfall between Clarens and Bethlehem in South Africa, with water ultimately reaching the Vaal Dam in Gauteng.

Education
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar technical qualification
- Must be a Professional Engineer
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years post‑graduate experience in civil engineering works
- At least 5 years’ experience on civil engineering projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
Specific Tasks
- Contract and project programming, including claims assessments
- Regular progress and performance reporting
