Role responsibilities

  • Project control by outlining the scope of the project

  • Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.

  • Project scheduling by developing, resourcing, and baselining the construction programme.

  • Estimate the project timeline and keep schedules on track

  • Prepare weekly progress reports

  • Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets

  • Estimate and organize resources

  • Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.

  • Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management.

 

Minimum requirements

  • BTech (Civil) or equivalent

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Civil Engineering works (5 years should be on large civil engineering projects)             

  • Professional registration (advantageous)

  • Primavera P6 Proficient

  • HDI advantageous
