Project Officer – Social Assets Job Summary
As a member of the DREAMS project team, you will monitor and report on assigned project activities in support of CRS’s work serving the poor and vulnerable. Your thorough and service-
oriented approach will ensure that the project consistently applies best practices and constantly works towards improving the impact of its benefits to those we serve.
Project Officer Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in project support. Experience in the field of HIV Prevention through Social Asset building or Life Skills development and for an NGO would be a plus.
- Experience in participatory action planning and community engagement
- Experience monitoring projects and collecting relevant data preferred
- Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity assisting with the implementation of projects in rural Lesotho (preferred)
- Time management and the ability to focus on multiple priorities
