Purpose of Job:

Requirements:
Advanced degree in social sciences, project management, business administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination
Experienced in the gender responsive and human rights centered approach
Experience working with SANAC, Global Fund and related stakeholders
Experience working with community-based organisations
Strong experience in member coordination and stakeholder communications
Proven experience in workplan development and managing competing tasks while maintaining quality of deliverables within deadlines
Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with wide range of stakeholders both verbally and in writing;
Strong communication skills and ability to write clear and concise reports in English
Responsibilities:
Supporting the provision of technical assistance to implementing partners
Support the work of CSF Sectors in provinces in South Africa through routinely engaging leaders on project progress
Build and maintain effective working relationships with CSF Sectors, Provincial Councils on AIDS Secretariats and CSF Leaders in provinces and implementing districts
Supporting the design and implementation of training programmes, conferences, seminars and workshops in accordance with the workplan.
Establish mechanisms for reflecting on and evaluating coordination processes, including ways of incorporating the voices and experiences of CSF across all levels
Provide feedback and prepare quarterly reports and updates for diverse audiences
Prepare quarterly activity budgets, workplans and reports as required.
