Position
Project Manager
Location: Lesotho – On-site
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: R40,000 – R45,000 per month
Additional: Annual Bonus + Performance-Based Project Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and schedules
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues and deliverables
- Drive problem-solving and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Manage client relationships and communication
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports and management presentations
- Coordinate activities across technical, procurement, logistics, finance and other departments
- Participate in client meetings, site meetings and project acceptance activities
- Provide on-site project coordination and management support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Strong project management or project coordination experience
- Experience managing or contributing significantly to the full project lifecycle
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong client and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct business communication independently in both languages
- Willingness to live and work in Lesotho on a long-term basis
Advantageous Experience
- Project experience within Africa or SADC
- Experience in Lesotho or South Africa
- ICT, infrastructure, engineering, smart systems, logistics or technical projects
- Government, state-owned enterprise or large corporate projects
- ERP, CRM or project management systems
- PMP or other recognised Project Management certifications
- Valid driver’s licence
