The Alliance Insurance Company in compliance with its key strategic objectives, will be embarking on a project to optimize its financial operations and the adoption of its line of businesses which will be interfaced with various financial systems and notably, the interface with the models related to the IFRS 17, 9 and 4 requirements.

Key performance indicators include:

  • Project management and governance skills Deep understanding of running a volume-based integrated financial and operational business administration system in the financial services sector.
  • Clear understanding of both Operational Process flows and Internal controls to ensure optimum Data integrity and alignment in multiple systems.
  • Current understanding and expertise in IFRS with an emphasis on IFRS 4, IFRS 9, and IFRS 17 Track record in optimization and efficiency deliverance across complex accounting and operational systems.
  • Knowledge of the Everest Financial system will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant with 5 to 10 years of management experience
  • Data management/process flow exposure
  • Business Intelligence implementation exposure is essential.

Reports to:

  • Chief Financial Officer
  • Implementation Project Governance Committee
  • IT Steering committee

Duration:

  • 3 Years
