Social Enterprise Academy South Africa seeks to appoint Project Manager/ Account Manager to join their team in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
Project manage client programmes and contracts, ensuring high quality delivery and customer service.
Provide effective administrative and co-ordination support for the development and delivery of learning programmes.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Assist with learner recruitment and sales
Our ideal candidate will:
Have a project management qualification (or equivalent).
Be enthusiastic, proactive and able to work without supervision.
Have strong project management skills and experience, with the ability to work to meet targets and take full ownership of agreed KPIs.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in relation to both colleagues and clients, customers and partners.
Have excellent financial skills with an ability to set and maintain budgets.
Have good report writing skills with an ability to make use of management information.
Be keen to work as an integral part of a small organization.
Understand and have a strong passion for social entrepreneurship.
