Operations/Project Manager
We are looking for a qualified and innovative candidate to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our organisational operations and programme delivery. The Operations/Project Manager will establish streamlined operational processes and project management systems, ensuring the timely delivery of initiatives and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, they will foster strong relationships with external service providers, ensure compliance with internal policies across the Team, and maintain efficient financial, administrative, and IT operations across the organization. Flexibility and dynamism will be required in this start-up non-profit environment.
