POSITION: Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION/ PURPOSE
The purpose of the position is to manage mining team and provide strategic leadership to the team to meet the project’s objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in mining or related field
- Blasting certificate
- Loading and Hauling experience
- 10 years at Management level
- Proven track record in managing mining project.
- Technical report writing expertise.
- General knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
- Mine planning and scheduling.
- Understanding of key compliance issues in accordance with corporate governance principles.
- Coaching, leadership, and managerial skills.
- Quality orientation.
- Problem solving and analysis skills.
- Audit reporting.
- Planning and organizing.
- Plant and equipment management
- Valid driver’s license
- Must work with highest HSE discipline and standards
