ROLE INFORMATION
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager coordinates the provision of contractual and ad hoc security services to customer, in compliance with legislation, Company policies and procedures, to ensure achievement of contractual obligations

Effective Management of the Operations Financial Performance
- Direct Wage control / Labour management
- Contract profitability ,
- Financial and Asset management
- Conduct training on site to meet customer requirements
- Ensuring that all disciplinary actions are conducted in compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Ensure security officers act according to the customers’ requirements.
- Ensure that personnel have done training courses required, for current and future duties.
- Conduct disciplinary hearings, appeals and grievances according to the Company Disciplinary Code.
- Manage sick reports, leave and overtime.
- Monitor absence due to sickness and where necessary take appropriate action according to Company guidelines.
- Carry out health and safety assessments according to Company policies
- Conduct Formal Client Meetings as per KPI”S set
- Ensure that QA Audits are conducted on all sites and Corrective Action Implemented and tested for efficiency
- Ensure effective labour management and roistering
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualification and Experience
- COSC or equivalent
- Driver’s License
- Security Management Qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in security management
- Lesotho security legislation
