Project Management Officer – OnePower Lesotho
OnePower (1PWR) is seeking a fixed term Project Management Officer to support a major effort in electrification of rural villages in Lesotho. As OnePower electrifies villages with solar minigrids, the Project Management team is responsible for supporting and coordinating work on site and ensures completion of KPI’s on time.

Required skills and experience:
- Qualifying degree in Project Management/related degree with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in structuring project proposals
- Ability to leverage strong professional network in renewable energy sector to develop business
- Ability to prioritize multiple parallel workstreams and communicate/coordinate with other teams to achieve high level deliverables on time.
- Ability to build new and grow existing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate with and translate strategic directives of management into action
- Timely and sound decision making in a busy and complex operating environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and demonstrable abstract reasoning ability
