Project Health Coordinator (ECHO DRR III Project)

Reports to: ECHO Project Manager
Location: Maseru
Duration: Fixed contract: 1 year, 6 months
Purpose of the Position:

• Provides technical leadership in implementation of Covid 19 Vaccine Acceptance and Uptake programming. The position is accountable for program implementation that meets minimum technical standards, and for the delivery of key ECHO Single Form performance indicators.

• Disaster Preparedness/HEA/Disaster Management

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
• Bachelors Degree in Health, Nutrition or related field
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Three years experience working in international NGOs
• Proven experience in managing community projects
• Project management and design experience
• Project implementation and monitoring and evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, demonstrated leadership and good management ability.
• Theory of change and logical framework development

• Database management, statistical skills and ability to critically evaluate data

Other Competencies/Attributes:
• Professional experience in training/capacity building
• Multi-sectoral/integrated program design and implementation
Working Environment / Conditions:
Work environment 60% field based and 40% office based
