PROTEC seeks to appoint a Project Coordinator: Monitoring and Evaluation to be based in Ferndale, Randburg,
Purpose of the job To plan, organise and implement an appropriate instructional and developmental plans for Monitoring and Evaluation in the Next Engineers Project

Reports to the Project Manager: Next Engineers
Duties and responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
Plan, implement and manage collection of data form the various Project Sites
Do project administration
Manage communication with the project with relevant stakeholders
Manage and Coordinate facilities/venues used in the project
Monitor and evaluate all the project implementation and execution activities.
Generate monitoring and evaluation instruments for data collection and reporting.
Generate quantitative and qualitative reports from the collected data.
Education and experience
The incumbent must have the following attributes:
Experience in Monitoring and evaluation
Computer literate in Ms. Word, excel, Teams
Telephone etiquette
