Job Title: Project Coordinator Intern

Fixed Contract: Six-month contract starting January 2024 to 30 June 2024

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities for our financial wellness programs. The Project Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders. team members and external vendors to ensure that projects are completed successfully within allocated timeframes and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

• Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate project activities. ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time.

• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Schedule and lead project meetings, capturing meeting minutes and action items.

• Identiy and resolve issIues or conficts that may impede ormiect suceess.

• Monitor project budget and resources, making adjustments as needed.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

• Write comprehensive post-project reports.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to project coordination and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Financial planning, Business Administration or related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

• Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Knowledge of financial planning and wellness programs is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Must have a driver’s license.
