Christian Health Association of Lesotho (CHAL) is a network of church‑owned health facilities comprising 8 hospitals, 71 health centres, and 4 nursing training institutions across the country. CHAL is constitutionally mandated to facilitate the participation of Christian churches in ensuring that the right to health for all is upheld to the highest possible quality.

Project Coordinator (ALPEC) × 1

Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will provide programmatic and implementation oversight for ALPEC project activities. The role is responsible for coordination, training, reporting, demand creation, and overall work planning to ensure achievement of ALPEC targets. The position reports to the Deputy Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of CHAL’s work under the ALPEC project
- Coordinate ALPEC activities, training, reporting, and demand creation initiatives
- Develop and manage the overall work plan
- Coordinate mapping and planning for programme expansion
- Ensure effective implementation of different service delivery models
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Health Science with a speciality in Public Health or a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ relevant experience in HIV/AIDS prevention programmes
- Knowledge of basic project management tools is an added advantage
