As a health delivery and research organisation engaging with the local community, government and international funders, THINK has provided care to over 100,000 people in KwaZulu-Natal Province and carried out cutting-edge clinical research that has already contributed to changing TB Treatment Guidelines internationally and locally.
THINK is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Project Coordinator for the ART Adherence Club Programme.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Project Planning and Coordination
Project Implementation
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
Fundraising
Staff management of a geographically dispersed workforce.
Manage recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organised, and comprehensive procedures are followed regarding recruitment.
Requirements
Junior Professional Nurse – higher degree in medical science or relevant discipline
A minimum of three years’ professional experience
Knowledge of organisational performance management
Proven management/ coordination experience
Project management skills
Communication skills and highly developed team member
Proven ability to take initiative and multi-task
Willingness to travel, a Code EB (08) Driver’s License, and own car
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational, communication, computer, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Technical writing skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
