Job Description:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Ensure coordination and effective implementation of the entire project activities at all levels through provision of technical support to the Project Officers and other internal and external relevant partners.

Efficiency improvements in the justice sector as a result of strengthened national and local advocacy efforts.

Comprehensive and quality project reports in line with the requirement of the Donor

Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Work, public administration or community development preferred. Must be computer literate with analytical and database management and good report writing skills. Be fluent both in Sesotho and English.
Other Competencies/Attributes
1. Technical knowledge: child/human rights in general. Child Protection, Advocacy, gender based violence and child participation.
2. Working with children in a humanitarian organization.
3. Knowledgeable on child protection and advocacy related approaches and models.
4. Public speaking skills and community development competencies.
5. Fluency in English language and Sesotho both spoken and written, experience in community development and child protection an added advantage.
License, registration, or certification required to perform this position
Have valid Driver’s license.
The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically to the field up to 60% and 40% in office .
