Programme Manager – Oversight & Support Services (Ref: PMOSS)
Purpose of the Role
To ensure that the ICT portfolio is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the established quality standards.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Managing ICT projects in collaboration with teams nominated from business units.
- Gathering and analysing ICT project requirements in collaboration with relevant business units.
- Overseeing consultants involved in assigned ICT projects to guarantee deliverable quality and adherence to contract requirements.
- Preparing and delivering regular performance reports on assigned ICT projects.
- Assisting in evaluating, selecting, and prioritizing proposed ICT projects.
- Reviewing current project management frameworks and suggesting new or improved ones to enhance PMO capabilities.
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with project and programme stakeholders.
- Ensuring ICT projects and programmes align with strategic objectives.
- Maintaining ICT project registers, including issues, risks, and stakeholder information for ongoing projects and programs.
- Monitoring and reporting the delivery of planned project benefits.
- Performing additional project-related responsibilities and duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Project Management, plus a Degree in any of the following:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Equivalent field
- A Master’s degree in ICT plus PRINCE2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added advantage.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years working experience managing ICT projects.
