We are looking for a high performing individual to join our team as the Programme Manager for New programmes and innovation. The role will focus on adapting and re-developing existing programmes, and testing and implementing them. This role requires an entrepreneurial working approach, while still being focused on quality, impact and scale. The successful applicant should be comfortable working with uncertainty and frequent change.

Key high-level responsibilities include:
Strategy development
Programme ideation, development, delivery and management
Partnership development and relationship management
Management of key strategic projects
Minimum requirements:
Relevant degree in Social Sciences or related field;
Proven relevant experience managing people and programmes;
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience;
Experience in NGO and/or ECD sectors would be advantageous;
Good verbal and written English skills; isiXhosa or Afrikaans would be advantageous;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including an having an appropriate level of cultural sensitivity;
Strong IT skills, including relevant computer literacy in MS Office.
