Specification
Develop a Monitoring and Reporting Framework.
Develop and maintain existing monitoring and reporting data management processes and systems. 
Analyse programme data and report on trends to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the scoping, conceptualisation and development of the Aurum data warehouse. 
Collect and maintain monitoring and reporting data and information.
Analyse and trend data assets
Programme governance and risk tracking.
Internal and external reporting. 
Internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
Ensure an in-depth understanding of the sector, Funder and Aurum monitoring and reporting requirements.
Work closely with the SI Director and Analytics division to develop and refine various data collection instruments (both quantitative and qualitative), and maintain a results database to aggregate data.
Gather project and programme data to monitor and track Work Plan progress and performance across divisional programmes.
Collate information into the relevant Programme Portfolios of Evidence.
Develop overall Aurum Data management strategy as well as the divisional specific DM strategies.
Data management application scoping, planning and evaluation of existing data management systems (to support development, update and addition of new features. 
Analyse and evaluate project status and progress data and information and proactively identify potential risks to quality and timeframe of delivery.
Serve as one of the primary contact people for all monitoring and reporting related work including information-gathering processes for results and performance reports, briefings, summaries, papers, presentations, etc. for various audiences as needed.

   
Requirements
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics/Research methodology/ Health Information Systems/ Data Management or equivalent.
Project Management qualification. 
PMI membership preferable.
Completed module(s) in monitoring and evaluation.
Lesotho citizen or permanent resident.

Work Experience:
At least 5 years Programme Management experience of which 3 years in a monitoring and reporting capacity in a related sector.
Contracts and service and management experience an advantage. 
Excellent knowledge of principles and current approaches to monitoring and evaluation. 
Previous experience on development work with a focus on marginalized groups like key population, those affected and infected by HIV/AIDS, the disabled, orphaned and vulnerable children, women and the old.
Sound understanding of development issues, current issues, debates and dynamics in HIV/AIDS, gender, child welfare and community development.
Strong background in research methods, and experience in the design, conduct and analysis of research studies and programme evaluation (quantitative and/or qualitative). 
Experience in capacity-building efforts and work with colleagues in diverse cultures. 
Computer literacy with demonstrated use of statistical analysis, Ms Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel as well as PowerBI, Tableau, Epi Info, DHIS, Microsoft SQL server, STATA or SPSS. 
Previous managerial experience to work collaboratively with colleagues as a team to achieve organisational goals.
