Pinotage Youth Development Academy (PYDA) exists to “launch young South African talent to be thedifference”. PYDA seeks to appoint a Programme Delivery Co-ordinator.
To do so we’re building Programmes with our team to carry out our very important purpose. This vacancy offers an opportunity to contribute to youth development and empowerment in the Western Cape Winelands, Tourism and Entrepreneurial sectors.
The ideal candidate for this implementation role is a South African with a heart for development and the NGO sector, who brings energy, the right blend of knowledge and experience, is adaptable and
has a commitment to continuous learning and change.
Key is for you to be a solid implementer of our Programmes who participates fully in our strategy and thrives on daily student engagement.
Your core outputs include:
creating a conducive learning environment for students,
managing allelements of curriculum delivery,
monitoring student performance,
conducting internal evaluation and feedback on all elements of the Theory of Change and handling the student exit and work
placement activities.
This role is for you:
if you have a track record of 4-6 years’ experience in Programme work/ co-
ordination or a related field and a relevant tertiary qualification;
as well as demonstrated knowledge of project management in respect of implementation across multiple projects.
You need to have a passion for implementation and creating and delivering to efficient systems and a strong ability to
connect with young people.
To be successful you have and ability to ability to deliver required outcomes, be organised, a great communicator and build relationships well.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in the busy open plan Stellenbosch office as well
as remotely or at other sites.
A driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.
