- Financial administration, including budget preparation, monitoring of expenditure, cash-flow forecasts and financial reports
- Manage all aspects of procurement for the programme including vendor administration, issuing of purchase orders and coordinating with the finance department for payments
§ Organise logistical arrangements for events and programme staff including event budgeting and expense monitoring, travel, accommodation, per diems, travel insurance, visa applications and shuttle arrangements
§ Travel to training events to assist with preparations and logistics
- Effective diary coordination of the division members according to their respective work plans and commitments
§ Provide support on general administration duties as necessary, including organising internal meetings, minute-taking, responding to external enquiries, liaison with service providers, booking of services, record-keeping and filing
§ Assist with adding stakeholders’ details to TTIC’s database
Overview of requirements
§ A diploma in business administration, secretarial studies/office administration
§ At least five years experience in financial and programme administration
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of French will be an added advantage
§ Strong organising skills, including speed, efficiency and attention to detail
§ Budgeting and financial administration skills
§ Ability to work independently, multi-task and understand and solve problems quickly, efficiently and calmly
§ Ability to work in a team
§ Strong people skills and a highly professional approach
§ Ability to work with a diverse range of people
§ Proven competence in MS Office and knowledge of Excel
§ Available to travel internationally
The contract will be for an initial period of one year, and may be renewed subject to programme requirements, funding and satisfactory performance. A competitive salary is offered.
