Description: Responsible for the day-to day program coordination, implementation and operational support for organizational capacity building activities for Civil Society organizations (CSOs). This initiative is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), as part of the Lesotho Local Partner Technical Assistance Project managed by FHI 360 Capacity Development and Support (CDS) program.The Program Officer will  support personnel working within CSO to strengthen the organizational capacity.This support will be tailored to each CSOs, based on the idetified gaps.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree or its International Equivalent in Social Sciences, Organizational development, Human Development, or Related Field; 3-5 years’ program support role experience in the administration, coordination, management, implementation and monitoring of capacity building of NGOs; Experience with donor-funded projects, particularly USAID and/or PEPFAR; Fluency in English required, fluency in other Lesotho languages desired; Valid Lesotho driver’s licence.
