The courses are tailored to fit the needs of the potential projects to be implemented in Africa, Pacific and Caribbean countries under COTONOU agreement (www.consilium.europa.eu). The duration for the courses is from 3 months and/or 6 months to a year.
Africa, Pacific and Caribbean states are in negotiation processes with the European body, Eureka Groupement d’Interet Economique (www.eureka-gie.net) for the implementation of projects. The scholarship programme is targeting 20,000 students in Africa, Pacific and Caribbean states. Registrations started on the 4thApril 2022.
