Available Positions
Production Supervisors (2)
Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate daily and weekly production targets by style.
- Assign operators to production lines according to their skills.
- Balance production lines to eliminate bottlenecks and maximise efficiency.
- Conduct in-line quality checks and coordinate with Quality Control teams on AQL inspections and rework.
- Monitor hourly production output against targets.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimise machine downtime.
- Supervise attendance, train new operators, motivate staff, and manage discipline according to company policy.
- Ensure cut panels, trims, and threads are available at production lines.
- Control work-in-progress (WIP) to prevent production backlogs.
- Prepare hourly production, efficiency, defect, and end-of-day reports.
- Monitor attendance and employee turnover.
- Communicate effectively in both Sesotho and English.
- Resolve production and personnel challenges through effective problem-solving.
