The scope of work is but not limited to detailed design and construction of tailings conveyor and residue storage facility for the existing mining and process operations. Collection of water and management of such, drilling, blasting, load and haul services at Liqhobong Mine
TCL is searching for experienced, enthusiastic, result oriented and resilient Lesotho citizens to occupy the following position:
POSITION: Production Supervisor (3)
JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
- Supervise all drilling activities on site, including setting up equipment, performing drilling procedures, controlling drilling parameters and monitoring.
- To provide technical expertise, knowledge and experience in drilling operations, supervision and execution.
- Manage the delivery of the necessary services and equipment to conduct drilling and testing operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reporting and administrative requirements, such as safety reports, drill reports, site inductions, change over meetings.
- Coordinates activities pertaining shift handover between shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant Certificate.
- 5 years’ experience in drilling at supervisory level.
- Must have competent A.
- Valid light vehicle driver’s License.
