Production Sorter (BL)
JOB DESCRIPTION/ PURPOSE
The incumbent is responsible for efficient and secure sorting of diamonds.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 2 years’ experience in diamond sorting environment;
• COSC / Matric and preference will be given to individuals with a diamond sorting trade test certificate from a recognised institution.
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Time management;
• Integrity;
• Honesty;
• Sound interpersonal skills.
• Police clearance and medical examinations of fitness (no past and or present criminal record), which includes the use of a Voice Stress Analysis and/or Polygraph testing on a regular basis;
• Good eyesight.

Applicants must be aware of the remote location of the mine, approximately 130km East-North-East of the Lesotho capital Maseru, 360km South of Johannesburg.
