Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager specializing in Fashion Denim, located in Lesotho. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of denim production, including planning, scheduling, and managing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with design, quality control, and procurement teams, monitoring production timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and analyzing operational performance to drive continuous improvement. The role also involves managing a production team and fostering a collaborative, productive working environment to meet production goals and quality expectations.

- Proven expertise in Denim Production, Manufacturing Processes, and Operations Management
- Skills in Team Leadership, Staff Supervision, and Workload Allocation
- Experience with Quality Control, Process Optimization, and Compliance with Industry Standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Material Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Processes
- Proficiency in production-related software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
- Experience in the denim or apparel manufacturing industry is highly desirable
