Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic Design / Business Management or related field
- Experience in the printing or branding industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage production schedules and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong quality control skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations
- Manage workflow, staff, and job scheduling
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate production from design to final product
- Perform other related duties as required
