Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily production operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Lead production teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in garment manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
