Production Manager
About the Role
Nevy (Pty) Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage our garment manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high quality standards, and leading the production team to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily garment production activities.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor workflow and improve production efficiency.
- Manage production staff and provide leadership and training.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or other relevant qualification in Garment Production, Clothing Production, Fashion Technology, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in garment manufacturing or production management will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and production reporting.
