Hiring: Production Manager
Liaparo Production House is urgently looking for a highly capable Production Manager to lead and manage our garment manufacturing operations.
This role requires someone experienced, organized, and passionate about apparel production who can ensure efficiency, quality, and strong team coordination within our factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily garment production operations
- Manage factory staff and workflow
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Maintain strict quality control standards
- Coordinate with design and management teams
- Monitor stock, materials, and production planning
Requirements
- Experience in garment manufacturing or textile production
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage teams and production timelines
- Knowledge of industrial sewing and apparel production processes
