Production Manager
Location: Maseru
Job Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for building and ensuring quality of stoves with all components. The role includes ensuring that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently while the warehouse is sufficiently stocked and all materials and stock are accounted for.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and organising production schedule
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Supervising the work of junior staff
- Organising relevant training sessions
- Responsible for factory employees’ appraisals/reviews
- Keep accurate counts of stock and components & outgoing stock from the factory
- Track stock coming in and out of the warehouse
- Prepare reports for the Director of Operations
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or any other related field with at least 3 years’ experience in a managerial position
OR - Diploma in Electrical, Electrical Installation, Mechanical Engineering or any other related field with 6 years’ work experience in a managerial position
