JOB OPPORTUNITY: PRODUCTION MANAGER – MASERU
Beesdam, a leading seat cover manufacturer, is expanding operations in Lesotho and is looking for a hands-on, experienced Production Manager to lead our team in Maseru.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a production management or factory leadership role (textile or manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow, output, quality control, and staff performance
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Maseru
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day production operations and staff
• Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Oversee inventory levels, workflow processes, and equipment efficiency
• Coordinate with head office on planning, reporting, and improvements
• Uphold safety and compliance standards in the workplace
