Job Title: Production & Branding Assistant (Apprentice)
Location : Lakeside, Maseru
Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance)
Requirements
- Minimum COSC/LGCSE (Form E/Grade 12) qualification
- At least one (1) year experience in crafts, DIY projects, production work, or related practical activities
- Basic understanding of design principles and aesthetics
- Knowledge of or interest in vinyl sticker application
- Willingness to learn and operate branding and printing machinery
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with production and finishing of branding products
- Apply stickers and vinyl graphics
- Assist with machine operation and maintenance
- Package and prepare customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area
