As a Product Specialist in Chase Auto Preferred (CAP), you will work with existing dealer partners across the nation to create an incredible car-buying experience for customers. This role will be on the Business Product Team, reporting to the Dealer Engagement Lead, who is responsible for all CAP dealer partner relationships.

While the focus of the Product Specialist role will be dealer engagement and client strategy, the role is also expected to contribute to the core vision of this program, and will collaborate on setting up and fine-tuning the dealer and sales infrastructure required for a national rollout.

This role will require a significant amount of travel (>50%) and will be responsible for dealer groups in the mid-west to western U.S. markets. Therefore, this will be a work from home position with location flexibility. Ideally, the selected candidate would be based within the regions he/she will travel.

Key responsibilities will include:

Dealer Engagement

  • Serve as product expert, with the ability to discuss CAP with dealer partners and other stakeholders in detail
  • Provide sales support to Dealer Services via frequent in-person and virtual discussions with clients
  • In partnership with Dealer Services, guide the process of onboarding new dealer partners by:

    • Assuring that the appropriate infrastructure and processes are in place
    • Understanding the technology solution and vendor integration to help guide new dealers through vendor-specific onboarding process
    • Partner with the CAP team to develop and deliver dealer orientation

Client Strategy

  • Support the creation of national dealer prioritization and rollout plan
  • Build client strategy statements and presentations to support new partner pitches and ongoing client executive-level discussions
  • Partner with the CAP team to develop and update playbooks to enable Dealer Services to engage dealers

Product Development

  • Provide ongoing program performance updates to CAP team, Dealer Services, Private Client Group, and Partnership groups
  • Assist CAP team as dealer subject matter expert for ongoing product refinements/enhancement
